Your Player ID can be found in the game’s settings section, depicted as a gear icon or three horizontal lines at the top right corner of the game lobby screen. Tap this icon to open the settings menu. In this menu, swipe or scroll down to find your Player ID. For expedited assistance, please ensure to add the Player ID listed in the game to your initial report!
Please note that this settings section may not be available while inside of a slot machine.
